Vacuum Will Not Turn On

• Battery discharged: Charge the vacuum fully using the approved charging dock or power adapter before restarting.
• Battery not seated correctly: Remove and reinstall the battery or main unit until it locks securely into place.
• Charging dock has no power: Check the wall outlet, adapter, charging base connection, and circuit breaker.
• Thermal protection activated: Turn off the vacuum, clear blockages, clean filters, and allow the motor to cool before using it again.
• Water tank or brush cover not installed: On wet dry models, confirm that the clean water tank, dirty water tank, brush roller, and covers are installed correctly.

Loss of Suction

• Dirty water tank full: Empty the dirty water tank when the maximum line is reached or when the vacuum gives a full-tank alert.
• Filter blocked: Clean the dry filter, HEPA filter, sponge filter, or mesh screen according to the model instructions.
• Airway blocked: Check the suction inlet, brush roller housing, dirty water channel, tube, and tank cover for compacted debris.

Brush Roller Will Not Spin

• Roller installed incorrectly: Reinstall the brush roller, end caps, roller cover, and locking tabs according to the manual.
• Brush chamber blocked: Check the intake opening and roller housing for compacted dirt or foreign objects.
• Overload protection active: Turn off the vacuum, remove the obstruction, and allow the brush motor to cool before restarting.
• Roller worn or damaged: Replace the brush roller if it is heavily worn, bent, damaged, or no longer makes proper contact with the floor.

Dirty Water Tank Problems
